Our corporation will support people who have difficulties in society
by applying the old spirit of settlement. We will respect their independence
and use social systems and social resources as a mediator to provide support.
In order to do so, we will proceed by heeding to the following:
- Activities in our institutions are based on the independence of the individual,
so we respect their self-determination and self-fulfillment.
- We will provide support to help the individual adjust their social relationships,
including with their families and the community. Most of the time, difficulties
lie in the commuity rather than in the individual.
- Our approach to the community as a coporation and through our institutions
is to provide constant welfare with the use of our expertise, necessary
for the support of the commuity.
- Our corporation and institutions will work proactively and with a pioneering
spirit in order to meet the needs of the individual receiving welfare,
without being arrested by the current framework of law or existing ideas.
- Our corporation and staff will provide a service that adheres to our code
of ethics under the principle for common and high morals.
