Each year we review second year staff. The purpose is to assess their motivation
for the future. We ask how they felt about their work and if they had any
difficulties working here through the year. The president, the managing
director, and the staff center’s executive director reviewed each member
of the staff in turn.
When they started work, they experienced feelings of frustration, anxiety
and things not going well repeatedly. In addition to daily consulting with
senior staff or the boss, the review helps them overcome their problems
and to be qualified workers. |
