| ①About maintaining client and the family confidentiality |
- The employer and employees shall not divulge secrets of their client and his or her family obtained when providing a service to a third party without justifiable reason. The responsibility of maintenance of confidentiality will continue after the end of the contract.

| ②About privacy protection |
- The employers shall not divulge personal information of their client without
good reason even at a service representatives meeting unless they have
obtained the client’s agreement in writing.The same shall apply to the
personal information of the client’s family.
With the help of a good manager, the employers are responsible for the
document that contains the personal information of their client and his
or her family. They are further responsible for ensuring the client’s privacy
is not breached when discarding personal documents.
The previous employees shall not divulge personal information of their
client and his or her family in the course of their work without justification.
